Looked abandoned no friendly people horrible
Thomas SAccess was difficult from the highway (US-441). Navigation directions to listed address were not accurate due to apparent relocation of the facility entrance to the highway rather than the listed address. After making reservations for truck pick-up several days in advance, we were contacted the day prior to pick-up and informed that no trucks of size requested were within a 20 mile radius. After contacting U-Haul, they were able to locate an available truck along our route. It was 60 miles from our original pick-up, but U-Haul did give additional 100 mile allowance to compenste.
Rick AI has charged extra for gas.i brought the truck back at the same level that picked up at. I was charged for 9 gallons of gas.
Geter OMorning, The place i picked up the truck is nasty, i would never go back to this location to pick up a truck for a move.
