I reserved a U-Haul 20 ft truck and a car dolly and I was at the commerce storage unit the commerce Georgia from 6:00 to 9:00 I was on the representative climate control self storage unit in commerce and by the 1st and I'm not being able to do that someone's going to pay $268 for this unit that I did not get to move out of today no U-Haul no Dolly and no help plus the person I was talking to for 25 minutes hung up on me the last call now it's 10 something and my U-Haul is not with me and I'm at the storage unit I can't get in my storage unit so therefore I might have to pay $268 tomorrow I cannot do that I plan on moving my stuff out there and whatever represents you don't have don't do nothing except give you numbers don't work

Do not change anything, everything was perfect. The vehicle cleaned well maintained the location. Pick up was excellent and the customer service at the pool in spa location. Customer service was excellent. CJ. Did a great job? I'm very happy.

Thomas SAccess was difficult from the highway (US-441). Navigation directions to listed address were not accurate due to apparent relocation of the facility entrance to the highway rather than the listed address. After making reservations for truck pick-up several days in advance, we were contacted the day prior to pick-up and informed that no trucks of size requested were within a 20 mile radius. After contacting U-Haul, they were able to locate an available truck along our route. It was 60 miles from our original pick-up, but U-Haul did give additional 100 mile allowance to compenste.
