There was a lot going on at the general store, including live music. The staff seemed distracted by another uHaul issue they were dealing with concerning a stolen trailer. The live music was a distraction to completing the business I was there to complete. And, I certainly could not understand why I was sent to this location in Vernon, Arizona as opposed to the location at the feed store in Concho. There is about 15 miles difference between the two locations.

Nothing. Location was within 3 miles of where I moved to. Very convenient.

The check in process took longer than I had expected and we had to wait 10 minutes or so to talk to the uhaul representative. Even after I told the personnel that we were in a hurry, she still took her time. If I wasn't in a hurry I think it would have been excellent.

I did not realize the 10' truck did not have a ramp until I got 25 miles away to the site where I needed it to lift a 300 pound generator. I had to call on my friends for help lifting it. The whole point of renting a U-Haul was to move this generator, and I was greatly disappointed to say the least. What a waste of my money this rental was!

Bad tire on trailer right rear. only had 15lbs of air when I picked it up. AC made bad noise when turned on so did not use. put air in the tire three times and it blew with 50 miles to go. I was not happy.
