This is the busiest UHaul location I have used but the staff is so efficient there isn't much waiting time. They are helpful with questions about the equipment and always courteous. I have used their services several times in the past 2 years.Theresa C.

Steering very loose, transmission problems. Grinding, difficult speed transition. Reserved on April 7 for May 7 pick up Requested appliance dolly, only small dolly. Over charged $100. Dollars above reserve estimate. I did not make the changes. Uhaul made changes. Reserve 10 ft, had to accept 15ft. Added gas use.ANN M.

Waited in line for 70 minutes to pick up the truck I booked in advance and chose mobile, contactless pickup. Absolutely ridiculous. Other than that, it was great. We ordered a 26' long truck, we went at 6:30am to pick up and couldn't leave the parking lot until 8am because our truck was locked in... the truck was beyond empty and the appliance dolly was missing! Requested 10 furniture pads and one utility dolly. Confirmed w person providing the truck that pads were inside. When opened truck at move site, there were 2 dollies and no pads. There was a shortage of dollies at the pick up location. Dropoff process unclear. No chance to confirm did not receive pads.Laurie S.
Hello, I wanted to reach out to speak regarding my disappointing experience with U-Haul at the Concord, CA location around 5:45pm. Firstly, your employee managing the front desk on Thursday May 6th, 2021 was 1. Not wearing a mask over his mouth. 2. Was visably inebriated. 3. While processing my order thought it was a good idea to call his friend and talk about sports betting. 4. When going out to show me which vehicle was mine took a moment to take a hit from his smoking device in front me. I am extremely shocked by the lack of care and effort from your staff. I was overcharged for fuel. It took 5 calls to finally get connected with Customer Service. I was told on Sunday they would get in touch with me earlier this week; I have not heard a thing.
