I had to drive 30 miles to get to this location because my original location did not have my reserved vehicle. I'm deeply disappointed in Uhaul's matter-of-fact treatment of my situation. I had to take 2 hours out of my schedule as well as my partners car/gas to deliver me there. Unacceptable!!! Full Refund!

First the trucks steering wheel was all kinds of loose. Very dangerous on our way back from our trip the check engine turned on and the car smelled like burning smog, when we were on the freeway it wouldn't go faster than 25mph . We couldn't finish our moving because of this. When we went to return it the guy didn't listen t o my complain and just handed me a broom because there was a little dirt in it and the female employee rolled her eyes when I was telling them about out horrible night. I am very disappointed and would like a full refund.

Your online reservation system is meaningless and a total waste. I did online reservation 3 days before the pick up date at Concord, Monument Blvd. Locaton. I got the confirmation email. I went to this locstion to pick up the Van,. They could not find my record. And later finds out I had to go to Antioc to get the van. I was never notifird eirher via email or by phone. It just ruined my plan. I had to redo the order and had to come next day. Very frustrating and unprofessional on U Haul part.

The windows on the truck were very water-spotted. The windshield should be clean as that makes for a safer ride.



Very attentive and courteous. Treated like a VIP. Would rent a truck, but uhaul only rents it for one local. Truck would have to stay at presentation site for4 days. I use you guys as a must any other time. David Sierra.

This location was very busy, the woman who helped at the counter was not friendly at all. The people helping us get the trailer hooked up were great! The trailer was not clean though. It wasn't swept out and there was mud on the outside. We had to drive far to pick up the trailer, but we were compensated for the drive. I have used u haul before and will continue to use and recommend u haul in the future

Well I arrived at 10 2 pick up my 26 foot U-Haul there was only one employee working with a line out the door it was 10 and the employee didn't even have a cash drawer he made me wait until he went to get another one finally another employee came in and helped me in a rush I had to pull the truck out myself and when I got going I noticed that my oil light was on this was not very comforting thinking I was going to break down on a road nowhere to pull over then I went to use the ramp and it was so short that it was too steep so I couldn't use it you would think a truck that had a 160000 miles on it that U-Haul would service it very unsatisfied

This Concord U-Haul office is great. They have plenty of moving supplies. I wish the moving boxes did not have the new cardboard push out handle spots. I like having the box to keep the contents dust free; these push out spots make a hole for dust to get in the box. I wish that there was a way to begin the truck rental with a full tank of gas. A couple times I had to fuel up the trucks before I even began the move, because the fuel was only about a quarter full at the beginning of the rental. Also, it would seem that this cycle would continue for every subsequent rental of a specific vehicle -causing this inconvenience for each customer. Could there be a policy in place that would create a situation where the trucks are at least 3/4 full at the time of rental? The trucks that I have rented for our move were all great. I appreciate that the sliding doors on the back of the trucks are much easier to pull down then they were ten or so years ago. The U-Haul agents that I spoke to on the phone were very helpful. Thank you for making it possible for us to move at a reasonable expense.

No one was inside the office , only one female was outside to receive the returned stuff , was a huge lane of returned vans, we have to wait for here until she finished all the returns, it was a long wait, the bad thing she let us waiting without a word, I thought wasn't here until she comes to the office.

They had a very long return line out into the main boulevard. There were not enough workers working the busy lane, particularly when my unit was promised for the time of turn in. Maybe some part timers for scrunch times or better scheduling.

New computer system is slowing everything down



Upon return of the Uhaul the staff closed the door early before 7:00 pm. I got there two minutes before closing and just wanted to know how to find out the cost including taxes. Was told to drop my keys in the box through the door and I would find out in the morning. The young lady was Extremely rude when I tried to ask them if they could direct me to a number or a way I could find out the cost the guy who was driving back trucks said I would find out tomorrow. I was so disappointed in the customer service I wanted to find out their names and file a report to corporate. Whoever was closing on 11/13/17 needs to be taught manners.
