Getting in and out of their gate is a little tricky for movers, especially for a 26 foot truck and someone who doesn't drive trucks for a living. I ended up getting too close to one side of gate and scraped the decal. Thankfully, I had the insurance and it covered all of the damage. Scraping the truck made me less confident and I got very nervous so for part of the way I had my son-in-law come and drive. I said I would watch him and if he could give me any tips that would help me. His tips were very helpful. I liked the set-up of the Dort Highway location better. Easy to leave and return the truck. There is so much more room at Dort Hwy to manuever the trucks. I had rented a 15 foot and 20 foot from Dort with no problems.
