I can’t say enough about how kind the property manager was—I've already told my leasing agent to send all her clients here! However, I do have one small piece of feedback. After 15 hours of packing, switching services, and moving, I was exhausted. When I asked which lock fit my U-Haul, the rep just said 'I don’t know.' It was a heavy burden to figure that out on my own at such a stressful moment. Improving staff knowledge on those small details would make an already great experience perfect
