Couldn't let the tailgate down and was extremely rusted. No one offered to help hook it up, although I could hook it up myself. Not what I expected as others have been helpful in anyway. Not worth what I paid seeing I had to lift over the gate that chains were stuck and the gate was stuck. Multiple men tried and none succeeded. Not satisfied at all!
