I wouldn’t recommend U-Haul at all. The experience was bad and the customer service was even worse. There doesn’t seem to be a direct competitor for U-Haul and it seems like they’re aware of that fact. That’s the only reason I can think of that gives any type of logic to how customers are treated. This specific location was amazing and the employee VERY helpful, but overall, U-Haul has been a pain this type around. I will be researching other options for next time.
