I like the owner and the service, very friendly and helpful. he was trying to give us the best advice to get the most out of the money we are paying. The truck we use was fair and actually did not eat a lot of gas like last time when we use a different location in concord NC.

Rick KRusty, as he calls himself is a piece of work. If you can pull him away from his cigarettes long enough to help you he will gladly show you his inventory of “just been serviced” trailers with rotted sidewall tires that explode mid-trip. Rusty is also willing to give you false advice during insurance upsells on your Uhaul trailer and then disrespectfully accuse you of wasting his time while you call your insurance company to verify existing coverage. Customers should AVOID this Uhaul location at all costs and Uhaul should reconsider its choice to allow this location to represent the Uhaul brand.
