We went to use it this morning to make a delivery, and it wouldn't start. We picked up Friday to load and keep in our facility till delivery on Monday 6/1. Someone was called out and it started so they said it would be ok; it was probably something lose. We then went to our destination where it broke down again, it wouldn't start and were stuck there for hours until someone came!! 2 of our Sales Team were stuck for hours till someone came! We were offered a day off of our rental! We will also take this up with the U-Haul Corporate Office as it is unacceptable.
