The area is run down and there were homeless people sleeping beside the dumpster in the parking lot. Getting in and out to take photos and get / return keys made my wife very nervous.
EVERETT CParking lot is a nightmare. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Truck was heavily damaged and filthy, and we didn’t even get the dolly we paid for, had to drive to a second location to pick up a dolly.
