We received a phone call from the original destination for p/u asking if we could p/u the rental truck at a different location that was literally a few minutes away and they would give us a discount. I agreed, it was no problem. They were very professional and kind to work with. Then the new designated location where we p/u the truck, that rep. called me to confirm our reservation before p/u. She too was very professional and kind to work with. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I will recommend to others. Your prices were comprable and your company was able to provide an appliance dolly which other companies did not offer that.
