Christina was extremely hospitable; nearly to a fault. It just seemed like this was a process that should've taken no more than 10 minutes max. It took an hour of my lunch break. Christina seemed shocked that I was initially charged $166.30 when the fee presented on screen was $83. She made some calls and contacted me later to let me know that the $75 would be reimbursed upon return of the rental. That DID NOT HAPPEN. As a veteran, she really did her best to take care of me.

The lady helping me did not know how to properly use the computer system and while getting contract signed she "claimed" she didn't mean to hit the insurance button but then when I asked her to remove it she said she wasn't able to. She also "claimed" she clicked the cheaper one but once my final bill came through she had charged me the more expensive. I will not be using this location again.
