Cancel your service agreement with this location. Service was horrible, even after paying for my reservation they initially refused to provide me with the van I had reserved and paid for. They cited that someone else had reserved the van for the following morning.

Again, why do I have to drive way out of the way to drop off? Also if you drop on a Sunday, the gate is closed. Drop off outside the gate.

DONNA SWe received a phone call from the original destination for p/u asking if we could p/u the rental truck at a different location that was literally a few minutes away and they would give us a discount. I agreed, it was no problem. They were very professional and kind to work with. Then the new designated location where we p/u the truck, that rep. called me to confirm our reservation before p/u. She too was very professional and kind to work with. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I will recommend to others. Your prices were comprable and your company was able to provide an appliance dolly which other companies did not offer that.
