U-Haul online said this location would do in person counter pick up at 1:30 pm but no one was there and had to use mobile pick up (which is fine but not ideal for being on a time crunch). The approval process took longer than it should and we didn't get the keys until 2:02 on top of taking pictures, waiting for approval on the app, continuing with mobile process, etc. before we could even get in the truck. The truck was clean enough to drive but it was smoked in and baby stuff was left behind. Really wished we could have just had a REAL person to talk to instead of dealing with the app and calling U-Haul 5 times. This process took about an hour long but we needed this size uhual truck and it was the only one available near us. If you have to use this location, make sure you add extra time to your rental. Lock box is located on the left side building and drop off was simple.

TERRY DI’ve been double charged and still haven’t gotten My money back yet. I called when I got a charge the day after I returned the truck and it’s still being held almost four days later??
