James SWorst experience ever I was stock in Arkansas for more than 3hr because, the location from where I picked up the trailer didn't make a previous inspection before rented the trailer, straps were too short, and I had to called roadside assistance, I asked for a reimbursement with not success, horrible experience I will never recommend or use U- haul never again.
Luiz VThe truck was not washed and clean for my use. Outside was dirty, bug guts, road dirt all over the truck. We had to clean the windshield and mirrors before it could e driven safely to our dedtination
Kathy BYou guys are really unethical it’s not the first time it’s not the second. We’re way past that. I always turned in the trailer before. It’s due date. And I always get charged for extra days because you guys are not responsible organized and maybe educated. It’s pretty dumb. When you guys are. The ones taken the trailer off my truck before. It’s due date. Don’t send me a receipt that day. I Turn in the trailer but want to come and send me an email pasts it’s due date only to charge me more , and now it’s so easy. You guys could come and give me a refund because you guys owe me a refund. But why does this problem keep on happening? What am I gonna get out of it for your poor quality of work when I come to you guys and give you Guys business and then you just fuck me over.

TOMMY BU-Haul online said this location would do in person counter pick up at 1:30 pm but no one was there and had to use mobile pick up (which is fine but not ideal for being on a time crunch). The approval process took longer than it should and we didn't get the keys until 2:02 on top of taking pictures, waiting for approval on the app, continuing with mobile process, etc. before we could even get in the truck. The truck was clean enough to drive but it was smoked in and baby stuff was left behind. Really wished we could have just had a REAL person to talk to instead of dealing with the app and calling U-Haul 5 times. This process took about an hour long but we needed this size uhual truck and it was the only one available near us. If you have to use this location, make sure you add extra time to your rental. Lock box is located on the left side building and drop off was simple.

STEPHEN FHad a flat returning trailer called ahead because check in I was running late. Person answered phone said just return it no one has it booked no extra fee. Checked it in the guy said just drop it no worries. I called the next day I asked if the trailer was checked in with extra day the guy said no problem no extra charge. Received bill today was charged for two days after being told 3x no problem no extra fee. Extra fee not the issue it's the 3x given wrong info beware. Communication solves a lot of issues.

Joshua HI do not see a final bill? I do not think that i got one and from the looks of things there was a difference, not sure though and perhaps i would have to go to the bank to find out and that is an inconvenience. So, going forward i would recommend that you send out a final receipt after one's return of the rental. In the meantime i would like to have such a thing. if i have missed that some how then please let me know. thank you, Aaron Youmans
AARON Yleft taillight did not work. I had to wait for technician to replace it. He was awesome. But the taillight did not work next morning and i had to drive in the dark with one taillight working.

Taylor GInside the truck it said there would be a $25 credit if the truck was swept out. I swept out the truck but the return location said there is no credit. I think U-haul misrepresented itself as there is no credit.

Eddie CThe truck was a very rough ride and the pulling trailer was a very bad experience because the staff did not connect it to my vehicle thank God there was a tow truck guy who came and he was able to hook it up for us the employee just left us there and then connected nor hook it up for us but other than that I was thankful we made it to our destination

GRANT SMake sure that the people have common sense and know how to talk to someone when they call. It's always a way to talk to someone.....being nasty & rude is not the way to be. Be professional, kind & courteous.

LEANNA RWhen i got the uhaul home there was a thick sheet of glass on the uhaul which shows that it was not inspected properly me and my son tried to remove the glass and it shattered every we’re and my son was cut in few places no type of discount was offered or another truck was offered to us for the inconvenience

DOUGLAS DI first called to rent a trailer and had to cut the call short so I did not finish my transaction, but then got an email about it being finished and then I called to check on it and they said I had had been moved to another location. I would never have known this unless I called. I went to the other location and it took an hour to get my trailer checked out because of their system and the gentleman running, it did not know how to do it because he was new and poorly trained

JOHN TU-Haul employee at the location was extremely friendly and helpful. I received a phone call the evening before pick up that it was being changed to this location. The down side was it wouldn’t be ready until 10:30. The location actually was much more convenient. The phone call said they would contact me if available earlier. They did not. I called at 9:15 and it was ready.

JOHN OThis location needs to make sure that the truck keys are where they are supposed to be so that reservations can be fulfilled on time without having to wait 30 minutes & switch trucks with someone else returning theirs because they lost the keys. They also need to make sure that all rented equipment is in the truck so you don’t have to turn around and go back for the missing items, wasting even more time. They need to make sure they’re having people sign correct contracts. We signed a contract that was different for the same exact size truck they switched us to and are having to dispute fuel charges now because we returned our truck on 1/2 tank as our signed contract stated but the unsigned contracts on our app stated it needed to be returned on 3/4 tank.
