Trouble picking up the truck initially because they did not have the truck that we reserved. The facility was closed and so we had to call support but support was able to fix the issue within 15 minutes. There was a dolly in the back of the truck that We did not reserve or ask for.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat service!
tifani hHad to pick up at an alternate location and ended up paying for an additional 4.90 miles which is bull but not mad at the people I interacted with. All were great and professional
Christopher PThe attendant was friendly, he let us know to take pictures of the scratches/damages so as not to be held accountable for them after we left. No issues with this location
christine BI got charged more than compare to the mileage i drove
