Quote 1 price on the phone and when I got there it was way more. Said I couldn't have it 2 days because being picked up early next day. But I drove by and it sat there all day. Charged me 116 dollars for 1 day and it was a Small truck all they had. I will never use uhaul ever again. Didn't really get to finish my move. Whole process big disaster. It's hard enough and expensive to move but you people could make the process a little easier.
Sheila R.Made a reservation a month ahead and checked back a week before was guaranteed no problem would have a truck ready. Move day NO truck took an hour to find a smaller truck at another facility that had an 1/8 tank of fuel in it. Someone should start a business renting trucks these folks didn't honor their word.
