The gentlemen working there were efficient and professional. Answered all my questions and helped me hook up the cargo trailer. One suggestion would be to ensure all tires have recommended air pressure. I checked all 4 and 1 needed air but not alarmingly low. Overall a very good experience!
Jeremy BDue to the office being closed for the holiday, I had a difficult time trying to find a place to park the big truck upon returning it. Also, I was not told the office would be closed for the holiday and did not know to call in to notify of the return. I was notified and the issue was taken care of but would have been helpful for instructions of returning procedure if the office is closed. Also, parking spaces availble if the notice board spaces are all taken.
DEBRA AShows that someone was supposed to be there till 6 and nobody was there. I prefer human interaction more than an app. Nextime I’ll pic a different U-Haul to drop off at.
ISRAEL RThe truck was so loud you couldn't hear the person sitting beside you. They called me the day before and switched trucks on me when I had reservations for over a week.
