Gavin, the customer service representative is always so kind and has such a gentle soul. He is so very helpful and has went above and beyond for me. I am an elderly widow woman, and he has such compassion. My only complaint was that the last rental that I rented the cab had a leak and we took pictures of it, but I never filed a claim I might still do that, but it was pictures that were over 100 years old that were priceless that got wet about half of them were ruined and of course, all of those people are deceased. It also ruined my mattress topper which was $129 because we all know that mildew does not come out of wet Tempur-pedic foam as far as this rental went very smooth. I cleaned and swept out the truck and put fuel in it actually more than what was in it. Hope you have a great weekend.
