You can make sure that the equipment that people rent and pay their money for is in condition to use the truck that I rented once my movers had packed the truck up to move to my Maumelle we realized the truck latched to keep the truck closed and my thousands of dollars of furniture safe on the truck was broke so I ran to the office at 5:35 and no one was there. I paid for those movers to help me out of my pocket and cannot move my things to the city that I moved to. I had to take my things to Hogan Street to be safe, so I’m out of money for the movers. The truck and I did not even get to accomplish what I pay for the truck for I am asking for a full refund. I appreciate the storage place for keeping my things safe, but that truck was a piece of shit. You can reach me at 501-504-3132. I have called and made a complaint to customer service. MARK AI showed early and they accommodated me without issue. My only complaint would be at the corporate level, namely giving people enough mileage allowances to get their moves done without overcharges.
