Everything was good. The trailer was ready for us when we arrived and the checkout process was quick and easy. Returning the trailer with the app was also just as easy.

The two gentlemen that were working when we picked up the trailer were so kind and professional. We appreciate them very much and the location was very nice and clean.
Jeannie TI had to drop off the trailer at the 24H drop off and there were others beside me not really knowing where the actual drop off was . I called the UHAUL to get the help . I didn't have the app so I had the costomer service send me the link to do the check out . It would have been nice if there was a way to get to the link to drop off without having to download app. Overall the exp was good as for rental goes , just the drop off was a bit of a challenge .
SANTOS SIt was a first class experience as the employees were happy, cordial and accommodating. The trailer did exactly as I expected it to and the whole experience was about as good as I could expect. I hate though that the location lost its frontage and is now buried behind other businesses. For an OCD person like me it’d be nice to pull into a yard that looks like a car lot of U-Hauls but actually that’s irrelevant in day to day business. They are still my “go to” U-Haul location.
Scott HI had the pleasure of working with Mr. Reese. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location to all who are interested in renting a truck storage.
