The check engine light was on when I rented the truck and it remained on. The engine really struggled even when the van was empty. There was an odd oil slick in the back of the van and I had to clean it before I could load furniture. The van had no ramp for a 50 inch deck. If I wasn't in such a hurry to get my work done, I would have returned the vehicle and asked for another one. Vehicle complaints aside, the location was ideal and the people at the counter were friendly. But having recently rented a Penske, I have to tell you that the Penske truck ans experience was better.
