Was some confusion at the time of pick-up but they got it taken care of...very friendly people
RICHARD HThe location and the people working there were very friendly and helpful. The organization as a whole is a problem though. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. There are posts everywhere for Moving Helpers (which I attempted to use) and No one associated with UHaul had every heard of them or used them. Everyone kept telling me they weren't part of UHaul - then why are the reservations and cancelations through UHaul then???? It was a disaster on moving day. Otherwise, the truck was fine and the prices were fair.
