Despite having the reservation almost a month in advance they did not have all the equipment I reserved. They tried to slow play the failure by Saying they didn’t have the dolly and wanted me to pick up a truck another town over. This would be a major logistical challenge since I was solo and why I chose this address in the first place. They attempted to cover their shortcomings in disingenuous customer service speak and when I showed up to pick up my equipment they were also short a third of the moving pads. The person who was checking me in was struggling with the computer system and then arguing with the person trying to help them. It was uncomfortable, ugly and I regret choosing them.
