This list is long.. The location isn't bad, but the condition of the location is awful, the employees were unhelpful, uninformed, could have cared less about the returned vehicle or it's condition. The place was dirty, unkept and not supplied with products. Sad in comparison to the NH store that was 100% professional operation.
Thomas PTrailer had a large dent in the fender that drops down. Very hard to release.
