Make returning the equipment easier. DO NOT require signing up for the Uhaul App part of the return process. I am sorely disappointed in the frustration I had with the UHAUL return system. LOSE the damn computer.
ROBERT AI reserved a 20’ box truck in Livingston, TN. They didn’t have my truck, I had to drive 30 minutes just to get the truck then they give me the 26’ which is damn near a semi. Awful experience will need compensation.
