Could not get the app to work when I turned in the truck. Was able to call the 800 number and received great help from the agent I spoke to.
JOSEPH RI used the self return option so we didn't meet any personnel at the return location. It was a Sunday. The only improvement I could suggest for uhaul would be to provide the total cost including insurance and taxes so the amount isn't a surprise when you come in to pick up a rental. I reserved a uhaul from an oak ridge, TN location. 2 days before I was due to arrive, they called to say I would need to pick up a truck elsewhere. Car works picked up ball and had the truck I needed.
