It was a dirty cluttered garage waiting room that was covered in signs like "I can only make one person happy per day. Today is not your day, and tomorrow doesn't look good either." When I first came in I wasn't acknowledged in any way. Also it took over an hour to pick up my reserved equipment because there was something wrong with the website.

Thang PI came in for a 5x7 trailer and there were out of stock so I rented the cargo trailer instead based on the recommendation of the Manager. It was the best towing experience I've had in a while. This location is the best and most helpful one I've been to. I highly recommend this location and staff.
