all was fine here. I would like to say that the movers, thru Moving Help.com never showed up. Even not being owned by U-Haul, it is connected link. We ended up keeping the truck the extra day because the movers did not show. I would remove the link www.movinghelp.com from U-hauls website.

I reserved a 6 foot wide utility trailer with a loading ramp. The trailer was nearly 1 foot narrower at the ramps width. I had to change this trailer for a cargo trailer that was a true 64" wide. The description of the ramp trailer needs to be updated. I was picking up a 60" zero turn mower. This whole deal was corrected, but at a lot of unnecessary work on my part and the dealers.

To start, real-time inventory would be nice. I made my reservation at the location closest to my pickup site, however it got changed to somewhere else. I had to drive the extra 5 miles and got charged miles that I shouldn’t have had to use. Nobody offered to do anything about it.
