Was my first time that I use U-Haul, I had to pickup a couch, I made the appointment 2pm, because is 5 min far away from this location, also I did the reservation around 11am , to pickup the Van 2pm. Will be hellfull if we have more information about the pickup process , probably I should move the coach pickup 30 minutes. I had to wait for the approval, got issues updating the images, or better explained, I was confused with the APP. Arrive to pick the coach 2:40pm, the person was a little bit upset. My point, is after do the reservation, specify that is goping to take time the pickup prtocess. But my experience using first time U-Hau, was good and helpfull.
