The location was okay and the equipment was in order but we used one of their recommended movers and they were terrible. Uhaul had Next Step Movers of South Florida as one of their recommended choices and they were crooks. They said that they are licensed but they are not after doing a search on them. They failed to honor their initial quote and they damaged our tv in the move. They said that they would handle an insurance claim but they are dodging us and we had to send them a demand letter.
