My rental experience did not begin well as equipment was not available. The manager who attended me tried to see if another location had furniture pads and a furniture dolly which would had required me to drive further and add unnecessary milage to my rental due to U-Haul's failure to confirm all equipment was available.at the location. After about 15 minutes of frustration and possibly having to cancel my reservation another employee by the name of Marquis stopped his lunch and went searching for a furniture dolly which was the most important piece of additional equipment needed more my move. Thankfully Marquis was able to locate one on site and not just rely on the computer system data as the manager did. Besides this issue and the delay, the facility was clean and easy to park. Want to thank Marquis for making my rental possible as I would had to cancel if the furniture dolly was not made available. I was able to find my own pads which finally made the move possible without any damages. Marquis customer service is what U-haul needs more of.
