Victoria TMy rental was due to be returned at 1:30pm. I walked into the location at 12:30pm and the girl working was mopping the floor. She asked if I would put my key in the drop box and she would check me in. I did and the vehicle was not marked as returned until 5:30 pm and I was charged for 2 days instead of one. Now I have to fight to get the charge removed.
ROBERT BThey did not have the truck ready with the add on items I reserved. I also received several emails informing me my truck would not be available at the agreed pickup time. Since I was flying in to load and drive this truck, I had no way to drive around Ft Lauderdale to find an alternate truck. Very stressful and in the end unnecessary.
