I had 2 major issues: 1) The original location (Us Pak N Ship, 4839 SW 148th Ave, Davie, FL 33330) where I made my reservation for pickup was closed when I arrived despite the published hours showed it was supposed to be open. 2) The UHaul app was also not working. When I clicked to open for support it was just blank, even after closing and reopening, and restarting my phone. I called other U Haul locations nearby but none had the 15' truck available. I called UHaul customer support and received great assistance from Linda - she was excellent and updated my reservation for an available 15' truck at the Coper City location. This truck was in good condition and had no issues.

My truck was towed, and the office is charging me an exorbitant amount, even though the towing company charges a much lower fee.
JEAN MThe location was okay and the equipment was in order but we used one of their recommended movers and they were terrible. Uhaul had Next Step Movers of South Florida as one of their recommended choices and they were crooks. They said that they are licensed but they are not after doing a search on them. They failed to honor their initial quote and they damaged our tv in the move. They said that they would handle an insurance claim but they are dodging us and we had to send them a demand letter.
