Dear U-Haul Support Team, I am writing to request an urgent review and correction of the charges applied to my recent rental under Contract No. 15948943. There are significant discrepancies in the mileage recorded on my invoice compared to the actual distance I drove. When I picked up the vehicle, the odometer reading was 113,998 miles. During the rental period, I drove only 6.4 miles in total. I have attached a photo of the odometer taken at the moment I received the vehicle, which clearly shows the correct starting mileage. The mileage recorded on the invoice does not match the actual distance driven. I have also attached the invoice I received, which reflects a much higher mileage charge than what is accurate. I kindly request that the mileage be corrected and that the excess amount charged to my account be refunded. If needed, please feel free to verify my route using the vehicle's GPS system. Truck was clean. But had only 1/4 tank or less of gas. When I rent a truck, I don’t expect to fill it before use, right? Besides, I have paid for 6 blankets and only got 3. Will I be refunded for that?
