I would prefer to have had the owner walk through / check out the vehicle with me prior and record condition and then again after. I felt nervous when I returned the vehicle as he said he would just email me. Recommendation: In the future is important to remind customers to take a picture of the vehicle , gas and mileage before and after for recordsLinda M.
Have two dollies available. For my small move this turned out not to be an issue, however for someone with 2-3x as much stuff this would have been more difficult for them. (The truck was 1/4 full for me and served my purposes very well instead of using a car)Emily S.

They shop owner is a very nice person but the uhaul service was not impressive. The truck mileage was wrong, the truck was not clean and worst of it I was charged for two days when I only used the truck for one day. I was charged for 140 plus Km when I only used 89km. I was also charged the weekend rate mileage rate instead of the weekdays.Sowe A.

The staff sold me an insurance even though I told him I didn't want insurance. He uses his cellphone to operate uhaul so I cannot sign the agreement upfront. I noticed the irregular charge after dropping off the equipment when I received the agreement in my email.GABRIEL D.

I did my booking with someone. She transferred me to that location. Surprisingly there is no truck available according to my ordered. When I follow up to uhaul they said I have no reservation. But when I talked to the guy with this location my name is there. So I have no choice but to take the small one. Then when I returned the truck the key box was broken. So I didn't leave the key. I am sorry to say this but UHAUL WASTE MY TIME that day. You should be good with your costumers. So frustrating. Thank you.Eric R.

Why not keep the gas tank full, and simply ask the customer to return the vehicle with a completely full tank? It's a bit tricky to have to fill the tank to bring back the level to 3/8 or 3/4 of a tank, and "guess-timate" how many litres show be pumped in. Do I need 20 litres? Or should that be 35?.... Our van wouldn't start once we got to the final destination, loaded up the van.. trying to start it, it wouldn't start, had to get jumper cable from my friends neighbors to get the van twice before leaving White Rock to head back home in Coquitlam, too afraid to stop to put gas in the van. The next morning, my visa was charged the full amount, when called to discuss matter the supervisor, was told that Matios would call me back, nothing to this day. This was at 3 weeks ago.
