Roger at Shana’s Market was very helpful. It was a quick and easy transaction. One tip for him would be to show me how to operate the vehicle as it was my first time. I couldn’t figure out how to adjust mirrors. Otherwise, great service and a very fair price. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

I returned the van during the after-hours. I took a picture of the odometer after parking the van in the lot. Received the final receipt in the morning and found that the mileage charged was 6km over the mileage that I returned at. The difference is only about $3.00, however this is matter of business ethics. Will never return and will never recommend this business to others.

I was supposed to get a truck at 215 . I called at 1 to ask them to call me if it happens to come back early. She said the guy who was using the truck was thinking he got it for 24 hours. She was trying to get him to bring it back. I was stuck I had people there to help me move with no truck. I called 1 800 go U-Haul and talk to somebody she had a truck for me which got taken before she could put it in and then she found one in Coquitlam. So I went and got that was only able to use it for 2 hours plus it was 8.6 km each way instead of one and a half from the place I was supposed to get it at. Moving is a very stressful time and then not being able to use a truck you booked added more stress on to that. But the person at the store was great.

Can’t think of anything. Super friendly and helpful. Was stress free to deal with during a stressful time. ????

Shop opened late so we were about to go to a different location. Vehicle dirty in cabin. Alert stating air was low in one tire was on. Owner assured it would be ok and it was. Parking brake broken. Was given discount.

U-Haul should email the contract details once the vehicle is picked up, I didn't have the contracted level of gas/mileage recorded so it would have been impossible to check if the contract was correct from the outset.

The van suspension seemed to need upgrading.

We had a great experience with this uHaul neighborhood dealer. The gentleman who runs the place is super friendly and helpful. Everything was extremely easy and on time. I definitely recommend it.

Maybe put more gas on the vehicle so we don't rush to a gas station before we do the job we rented the vehicle for.

The dealer did not fill up the gas and keep very low gas. guess the gas cost when you return the van even if you add gas. fraud guy

The guy gave me very bad attitude for being half an hour late eventhough he charged me 50 extra dollars for it.! Terrible experience! Terrifying even!

There was a mix up on the quote for mileage. It was quoted at 99 cents per mile. It turned out to be 99 cents per kilometre and $1.59 per mile. The truck odometer was in miles and 18 where traveled, so it was not too much more ($10). As I was moving furniture for friends and gave them an estimate on how much it would cost based on the distance and the quote I was given, they look at me and ask why I was so far out. Easy mistake to make mind you.
