I have rented lots of uhauls lately for our move and this location was absolutely horrible. Even after I turned in the truck, later that night close to 8pm the owner of the location called my cell phone. Then sent me a text asking me to call her. I thought it was some sort of emergency or something and it was her trying to talk me into coming back the next day to fill the tank up with gas. I explained that it was my understanding that for $5/gallon I could drop it off and just pay for the fuel charge to fill it up. She continued to harass me about the fuel, no matter how many ways I tried to explain I was willing to pay the charge. She literally wanted me to come up there either late that night or early today, to pick it back up and take it to a gas station to refill. Horrible, horrible customer service and I will not be recommending their services ever again.
