The guy that helped me both days, pickup and return was awesome.. EASY PEEZY.. My only tid bit would be that they called me the following am asking when I am returning the trailer and it stressed me out as I turned it in the prior day. She said she will confirm all and get back to me. I did receive a confirm receipt email but no call of course.. I just suggest they be careful please.. other than that it was GREAT..
