The only problem that I saw was the directions on Google maps takes you to the office which is down the street from the actual drop off location. Two people were working in there and as I tried to pull in a 26-ft truck their parking lot was barely able to handle a 26-ft truck. Luckily I had been driving it for 2 days so I was able to navigate and back up. Go back up the ramp onto the street, then drive a block down to where the actual drop off location is. The people said there was a box where I could drop the keys off. Frustrated. I walked back to the truck, drove it around the block to the drop off location park the truck on the entryway driveway since there was another gate that public does not have access to. Walked around until I found the box that was behind the truck that was also parked on the side of the road. Guessing that that was the box that was only box. I accepted keys. I think there was this a need for more information.

Great people at this rental location. Great customer service.
CHRISTOPHER RTruck was dirty, windshield hazy from dirt inside and out. Floor board was dirty.
Frederick MEverything went well, staff was nice. Everything worked as it should. Truck is getting pretty tired not much power, but it worked. Not sure I’m a fan of the new toy hauler fir the following reasons: NO tie down straps, so bring your own, a lot taller than the old model, hauling lower cars is an issue in a number of ways, bumpers drag, cars drag on frame rails when going on and off. Like the over the wheel design that is made with a step up frame, gives a wider base trailer.
GEORGE WMaybe better drop off locations with more space. If the first drop off person doesn’t park with consideration for the next drop off person it could be a bear for that person to drop off a large truck with trailer. Our visit went well, but I could see that being an issue.
