We requested a dolly. This Uhaul location did not have the dolly we paid for with our reservation. We had to be refunded the money and had to go and buy a dolly of our own. We were told that that location does not have them onsite and have to wait until another location drops one off for use. This was not clear during our reservation and the system does not flag this. Associate was very slow but helpful. Would request a 15min show up early reminder in reservation due to how long it takes to just complete the reservation with the associate in the store and time to take look over the vehicle. We lost 45mins due to both items (vehicle had some damage from previous rental I had to note down and location of the vehicle made it hard to capture 360 degree pictures.
