I was given a 10’ truck that had front low tire almost flat, low oil, low coolant, low transmission fluid, and was filthy. I then asked for another truck. That truck had low fluids on everything as well. After inspecting 4 trucks, we found a new truck that had low oil which we purchased oil and placed in the truck prior to moving, the windshield wiper fluid was not working but Madison was kind enough to give us a 1/4 gallon to allow us to pour on windshield to at least get it clean to drive. Madison was amazing and did everything she could to help find us an operable vehicle to allow us to move. Their vehicle technician definitely needs to be over looked to make sure the people who pay top dollar to use these vehicles are given vehicles we can rely on and are safe driving. Everyone needs to check the trucks throughly especially all engine fluids and pay that extra charge if these trucks break down in your possession.

1) I reserved an appliance dolly and when we arrived, there were no available appliance dolly. The truck and the dolly was reserved way ahead of time should have made sure that there were a dolly available. Otherwise what is the point of “reservation”? Or at least clarify that a specific equipment is not available at a location 2) The side mirrors on the truck were extremely loose and would adjust down when you hit a slight bump. This is extremely dangerous as we are driving on the a very busy highway and could not merge or change lane safely because the mirrors were pointing all the way down. I ended up tightening it myself. Your welcome! Should I get some sort of discount for the tools i have to purchase and time for fixing it!

Harold KThe truck was dirty, not washed, hard to see out of window. I filled the gas tank up to full and was charged for “not filling”. I would not recommend this place to use when there are cleaner, honest places to rent from.
