Everything is great, easy peasy. But the ratchets for the front wheel straps are a bit rusty, had to use some water to loosen them up since I didn't have any wd40 on me. Other than that everything is great.
ALVARO GWhile I did receive instructions from some of the personnel, I was told that I did not have to park irregularly and I could leave the truck in a spot and they would handle it. They also performed the check out process themselves, but I did receive an extra days' late fee from this location despite turning in my truck on time.
Jacobe EIt is at a convenient store/gas station. The employee was very friendly and even helped me change to the larger one he had in the back. Only think I would think would help is to have had more than one person working during time of pick up. I was a little startled it was located in the back of the building, but thankful I was not alone.
