This has been a horrible U-Haul experience. I was literally in fear for my safety when I dropped off the trailer at night. Unhoused people hanging out playing video betting, etc. I never intend to use a U-Haul “neighborhood partner” site again.
kathy lClerk changed my drop off from San Antonio without telling me. He also didn’t secure the trailer properly. I was able to pick up the tongue and lift it off the hitch. I had to secure the trailer myself.
