The lady in charge was absolutely fantastic she helped in several ways and was very very knowledgeable. I felt so bad as we were trying to hook it on her finger got pinched and I still feel bad. And I would not have been mad if she yelled at me but she was very sweet and kind truly a good person! The gentleman who even started the process helped at the end to get the straps on albeit it for sure to get me out of the place but still most people in that city would have just stood there and watched so definite brownie points.

It is a convenience store with just one employee and they don’t have time to assist you. Had to hook up trailer by myself.
RUBEN GI reserved this trailer days in advance, I downloaded the App and gave me the address to pick it up and it wasn't there it was at another location behind a convience store. The equipment was in good shape, no problems. All the staff at all three locations we polite and willing to help.
