Clerk changed my drop off from San Antonio without telling me. He also didn’t secure the trailer properly. I was able to pick up the tongue and lift it off the hitch. I had to secure the trailer myself.

GEORGE MThe lady in charge was absolutely fantastic she helped in several ways and was very very knowledgeable. I felt so bad as we were trying to hook it on her finger got pinched and I still feel bad. And I would not have been mad if she yelled at me but she was very sweet and kind truly a good person! The gentleman who even started the process helped at the end to get the straps on albeit it for sure to get me out of the place but still most people in that city would have just stood there and watched so definite brownie points.
Cody GIt is a convenience store with just one employee and they don’t have time to assist you. Had to hook up trailer by myself.
