U haul trucks not inspected and service to make sure tire pressure checked and fluid's checked Low tire came on in dash. Leaked antifreeze and was low. Not my job to maintain u haul vehicles.

The Aces Storage manager, Russell was very professional and helpful in getting dispatch to approve and change the trailer drop-off to his Cortez location where we originally wanted, but the Muskogee U-Haul system could not set it up.

BRENT SWe had originally booked a 15 ft truck, and I called to confirm our reservation two days beforehand, and was told nope, there will be no truck. What's the point of a reservation? We had to rethink our move and instead went with a trailer. Will probably not use uhaul in a small market (Cortez, CO} again.
WILLIAM KThe U-Haul check-in procedure was very odd with myself as a customer having to use my own cell phone to take and upload pictures of U-Haul equipment prior to renting. This is something that should be down by the sales team before the customer takes possession of the equipment.
