How U-Haul Reviews WorkI’ve used this outstanding dealership multiple times. I arrived a few minutes after closing time and walked up to the employee leaving to ask about after hours drop off. She refused to talk to me, gave me a dirty look and jumped in her truck and drove off. The correct response should have been “I’m sorry sir, we’re closed for the day. Take a picture of your gas gauge and put the key in the drop off box by the front gate.” How difficult is it to get decent employees? This is an outstanding dealership. They need to replace employees who hate customer service.
