There was some confusion as to where to pick up the uhaul, when we were told it would be ready and pick up on the date that was indicated. When we got there, we were told to pick up at a different location which was not close. We should have been given back instructions as to what might happen. I take people at their word, and if there are changes, a call would have been great. Luckily, there was a bigger truck available at the location we had arranged to pick up the truck.
