I rented a 5x8 enclosed trailer from Cortez Co dealership on a 1 way to Bellingham wa . From Aces Storage 7500 HWY 160/491 contract # 21084712 . The gentleman that checked me while attaching to my coach and hooking up the lights , for the “test” I went into the coach to turn on Hazard lights as instructed he confirmed thru a verbal confirmation that all was good …lol when I returned to my friends house , he noticed the trailer lights were not functioning at ALL , as we troubleshot the problem we discovered that the relay, one separate for both the coach and trailer plug had been removed and NOT been replaced making it PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to have worked at ALL . My point …is should there have been an accident … u-haul could be found culpable and liable … Remedy a review with said employee about his work ethics might be in order …Lawrence Cunningham .
