Location manager was very personable and was able to accommodate our needs even if the truck we needed was not on premises. The box truck was cheaper than renting a trailer and kept our contents dry from the rain.

Very efficient experience. The truck was ready when I arrived, and the check-out process was straightforward. Highly recommend this spot for an stress-free rent. I'd love to see a feature in the app that shows a 3D model of how to pack specific items (like a fridge or a king bed) into the exact truck size I rented.
David CThe location was lovely and the equipment was excellent- but the wifi was literally nonexistent. It made pickup and drop-off a nightmare after hours through the app. I had to call customer service both times because the app wouldn’t allow me to upload photos. If there is a way to provide WiFi to customers it would be an absolute game changer!
