The U-Haul we rented was very old and worn. It had almost 100,000 miles on it. The alignment was very off to where you had to hold the steering wheel at almost a 45 degree angle to drive straight. There was broken glass in the back of the truck that I ended up getting cut on when I climbed in and stepped on many pieces putting my things in the truck. The truck itself was very damaged as well. We drove about 30 miles and used close to 12 gallons of gas which is terrible even for a truck that size. We were very unhappy and ended up returning the truck early (same day) because of the poor conditions.

David HLocation manager was very personable and was able to accommodate our needs even if the truck we needed was not on premises. The box truck was cheaper than renting a trailer and kept our contents dry from the rain.
