This old man was rude, difficult, and uncooperative. I was issued a 50$ voucher for other trouble I had because they changed my reservation to a different town on a different day, which he refused to apply , the truck was filthy, and was given to me on E. This was the worst experience I’ve had in my entire life with any business ever…and it cost me way more than I anticipated, due to not getting the certificate applied, and the extra 60 miles away I had to drive due to them switching my pickup location and day . U-Haul should be ashamed of themselves I will NEVER use their services again

Jonathan OMy only complaint would be the lack of choice on vehicle size..but I was in a pinch so at least something was available and ready at last minute...all around good service and got the job done...
