Had to reschedule a couple time to work with my work schedule cause the old guy called me when I first reserved it and asked if I can come in earlier cause he don’t like to be there that late , so I said yes , which I don’t understand cause it said was aloud to pick up after hours. but I had things come up at work so I had to schedule for the following week . I got there today and went in to pick up the key , the older guy ignored us at first so we said hello and raised his hand in the air hatefully and said what rudely like he didn’t know we was there to pick it up , so rudely he turned to his computer to check and I had to tell him we ordered online , and he proceeded to rudely say you know I come in here at 8 am to do this like we was a bother to him . Then he got the keys down and said I don’t have a furniture dolly so I said you better cause I payed for one , so he gave me a smaller one even though took me to the back to show me he did have that but he was being rude once again and acted like the small one was all he had which was a lie . So he pulls the truck up for me and say make sure to clean it out or I’ll charge you another 40$ which it was already dirty from the last person that used it but I cleaned it out no big deal . I already know how it works . But we got it and got everything loaded and unloaded at our new place , the truck was already jerking and acting weird and brakes are definitely unsafe , but thankfully we got everything done in time cause on the way back after dropping everything off , the truck started acting worse, the gauges started acting weird , the brakes lights stopped working , the turning lights stopped working , and it’s started jerking really bad down the road . And we didn’t even have it for he full 24 hrs , after we got everything done , cleaned it , thankfully got it back in its spot at c&d and we went to turn the truck back on to do the gas thing and mileage thing for U-Haul , the truck wouldn’t even start , anything could have happened on the road , badly if we didn’t make it on time , cause something is definitely wrong with that truck . Thankfully I took it up with the U-Haul customer service and they can hopefully get this resolved .

Right rear tire was flat when we picked up the trailer, we had to take it to a tire store to be repaired before we could start out, ideally would like 4 good tires at the time of pickup
