Peter AThis is my third time renting a U-Haul from Cotati Oaks Hardware, and each time the people there were great. They knew what they were doing and they were friendly.
JOHN CHad to wait a while to pick up my truck because the one guy that could help me was busy with a customer in the paint section of the hardware store.. The trucks were parked too close together to get in easily and nobody was available to help.
cassandra bService was excellent. Truck had a leak and the back was soaking wet and our belongings got wet!
