The truck was filthy inside and out. I could barely see out the windshield because it was so dirty. The motor of the Uhaul sounded terrible. like it needed maintenance.

Leslie AThey didn’t have the right mileage when I picked up the vehicle, so I was billed for over 130 miles, when I only went 22 miles. They also changed my plan to <100 miles, so my total change was roughly $150 for a 22 mile trip.
DONALD AMay need some more QA with the iOS app itself. It kept complaining that I needed location services on so I can use it. I had originally set it to Allow While Using the App. I switched to Always Allow and still it complained. I quit the app and restarted it many times. I turned my VPN off and tried again. I then had iOS ask me about location services when returning to the app and it was still not working. No idea what combination finally got it working but thankfully was able to get it as I reached the pickup location. Other than that… went well.
