Was charged for an extra day due to the rental place not returning the van for 27 hours after returning, insurance that I declined and 31 extra mileage. Was reimbursed for the extra day and insurance but told to suck it up for the $31 in mileage fees. Spoke with uhaul district manager who basically told me too bad so sad. You can't prove the mileage wasn't accurate. WOW. As an ex military family we have moved more than 20 times over the last 35 years and always moved ourselves with the help of uhaul with no problems. There was trash in the side compartments of the cab. But what really upsets me is that the gentleman at the counter said I could return the truck any time that night since the counter would be closed anyway, and I could use the app to return. THE APP IS BROKEN. And my return was logged at 8pm, resulting in an additional day of charges which completely unfair.JENNIFER H.
The Uhaul website said a queen bed fits in this van. The mattress fit, but a box spring and bedframe would not fit at the same time. I had to make two trips instead of one, and that cost me extra money for mileage and gas, and took me extra time. That was highly unsatisfactory.MITCHELL O.

I forgot a dolly when I returned the truck. I rushed to retrieve and return it. Since they were about to close, I requested to either leave it somewhere safe after hours or bring it to them first thing in the morning. They said no, and I would be charged an additional $10 if I did not return the same day. I was forced drive back in rush hour traffic so I wouldn't be charged. It was a very reasonable request to return it in the morning considering. I found it very petty to pull that extra charge considering I would have been a repeat customer. Now I would never return to or recommend this location to anyone. Very disappointed!Robert S.
