The air conditioning would only blow on the windshield and it was an especially hot day, leading to a very uncomfortable ride inside the cabin.
JOHN Hthe app. I was trying to follow the directions. I accidentally closed out of the app right when the instructions were going to provide me the 4 digit/letter code. Took 15 min to call customer service to retrieve the code. Customer service was great & helpful.
Jordan GAlex was most helpful checking me out and very courteous and professional - the dear lady who was there when I returned the dolly was also very kind - wonderful customer service
Jane CThe location was OK, the process for self check out was terrible. I needed to call Uhaul's nationwide support number to finally get the app to do what it needed to do. The whole process of checking out took nearly 45 minutes and that is after taking 20 minutes the week before to reserve it. I may use that location again, but I will never use the app again.
