This isn't on this location in particular but U-Haul in general. I showed up around 9:45 to pick up my truck (my reservation was at 9 AM) and tried to do the mobile pick up only to be told my reservation had expired. Thinking I put in the wrong info, I logged out and logged back in to my account. Only to find out that no matter what info I put in I could not activate my reservation. After well over an hour trying to get the info and over 20 minutes on hold with your customer service they finally updated the reservation to a valid time. In the future U-Haul....HOW ABOUT NOTIFYING YOUR CUSTOMERS IN ANY OF THE EMAILS YOU SEND THEM THAT IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP BEFORE OR AT YOUR EXACT RESERVATION TIME YOUR RESERVATION WILL EXPIRE. SEEMS LIKE AN IMPORTANT PIECE OF INFORMATION!!

I have had bad experiences in the past with different uhaul offices but this one is the best that I have ever been to. The two people working in the office were very nice and professional. I will use this office again when needed.

Very slow. I scheduled everything on line but it seemed like we were starting from scratch. I had also purchased a wardrobe box online but because he said they didn’t have U-Haul boxes I had to purchase another more expensive Box. I now need to figure out how to get a refund on the box I ordered online.

I have Parkinson’s and not having AC when I was told the truck had AC was extremely difficult. I’m sure you maintain your trucks well but this is an obvious oversight that put me at risk for a trip to the hospital.

Provide a receipt when the vehicle is turned in acknowledging condition and fuel level. Blind turn in is most disagreeable.

The truck was very ruff and bounced at speeds over 50 mph. Truck appeared to be full until driving less than a mile down the road and the gas gauge dropped below the full line. The tank was not full, and driving only 29 miles costing me $35.00 to fill up is pure crap!

Amanda, the ?franchise dealer, needs to explain to customers how to return the vehicle after hours. I finally found a local phon number in the window; the lady answering explained to leave the vehicle in the parking lot, not try to get inside the gate, and put the key in the drop box. I was not told to not leave the dolly in the unlocked box on the truck, but went ahead and put the dolly in the cab and locked it in to avoid theft. The place I picked up the truck was supposed to send me an email so I could pick up the rental trucks before they opened they never sent the email I was not able to pick up the truck when I needed to I had to wait till they opened which through my whole moving day behind. And when you're paying a moving company $120 an hour but you don't have a truck because

The truck needs work on the front end, wandered all over the road while driving. The dolly I rented was broken, the metal support in the center was attached only at the bottom, didn't feel safe using it.

The agent was extremely rude. She also refused to tell me the amount my rental would be. I did estimate 30 miles when talking to 19.99 truck and I calculated my miles to 22. She still billed me for 30! Also, when telling us we could not park our cars at the location she was extremely tacktless. I will not be renting from this location ever again. I also had 3 others with me who saw her ignorance and refuse as well. Poor customer service. Very sad because in the past this location was my only go to. New employees I GUESS
